Privacy Policy
Deploy Axiom (“Axiom,” “we,” “us”) is an AI operations firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers deployaxiom.com and the services we provide to clients.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, call or text us, or submit a form on this site, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of your work.
Client engagement data. When you hire us, we work with the information needed to deliver the engagement, such as messages, files, content, account access you grant and business records. We use it only for your engagement.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your contact details. We never see or store your full card number.
This website. deployaxiom.com does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use information to respond to you, to deliver and improve the work you hire us for, to send invoices and receipts, to keep our systems secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI systems
Axiom deploys AI agents. Some information may be processed by AI model providers that we use to perform the work, under contracts that do not permit them to use it to train their models. Agents work inside written rules and boundaries, and consequential actions stay under human approval.
Google user data
Axiom operates its own internal agent that connects to Google accounts we control, with the account owner’s permission, to read and organize email, calendar events and files. This data is used only to operate our business and serve our clients. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. Axiom’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as hosting, payments, email and AI model providers, and only as needed to deliver our services; when you direct us to; or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. We protect it with access controls, encrypted connections and least-privilege access for our agents. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing percy@deployaxiom.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
