Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of deployaxiom.com and any services you purchase from Deploy Axiom (“Axiom,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Our services
Axiom designs, deploys and operates AI agents and related systems for businesses. The scope, price, schedule and deliverables of each engagement are set in a written proposal, invoice or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document controls.
Payment
Fees are due as stated in your proposal or invoice and are processed through Stripe. Recurring plans renew on their billing date until canceled. You can cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. Refunds, if any, are as stated in your engagement documents.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to grant only access you are authorized to grant, and to review work that acts on your behalf when we ask you to. You remain responsible for your business decisions, including any decision to publish, send or rely on work we produce.
AI-generated work
Our systems use AI. AI output can contain errors. We build review steps and human approval into consequential actions, but we do not guarantee that any output is complete or error-free. Our services are not legal, financial, medical or tax advice.
Ownership
Once paid for, you own the deliverables made specifically for you, such as your content and your files. Axiom keeps ownership of its own tools, methods, templates and know-how, and grants you a license to use whatever of them is built into your deliverables for your business.
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to break into it or interfere with it. Site content is owned by Axiom and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Axiom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the three months before the claim.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement as set out in its engagement documents. Fees for work already performed remain due.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes will be handled in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
